All registrations on this platform are for digital e-badges, which serve as your official entry pass to the event. These badges are not physical products and will be issued exclusively in digital format.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Upon successful payment and registration, your e-badge will be sent to the registered email address.
- Delivery is typically completed within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive your e-badge within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
3. Delivery Method
- E-badges are delivered via email as a PDF attachment or QR code.
- Ensure that the provided email address is valid, accessible, and free from typos to avoid delivery issues.
4. E-Badge Usage
The e-badge must be presented at the event venue for:
- Entry access
- Food and beverage services
- Other on-site benefits
Note: A government-issued photo ID may be required for verification.
5. No Physical Shipping
- This is a digital-only service—no physical tickets or documents will be shipped.
- No shipping charges apply.
7. Limitations of Responsibility
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to:
- Incorrect or invalid email addresses provided during registration.
- Email delivery failures (spam filters, inbox full, technical errors).

8. On-Site Assistance
If you encounter issues with your e-badge at the event, visit the Helpdesk for re-issuance. Please bring the following:
